Even if she had survived she would have been heartbroken by Meruem's fate. Also, the series now suffers of hiatus after hiatus, so we would have seen barely anything new about her. BTW I still cannot stop thinking about Cell and Black Hanekawa everytime I see Meruem and Neferpitou.
