Oh, no no no, you misunderstand, pie4ever. I was referring to Sumia's support list, not Cordelia's.

And I'm not so poor an Emblemier as to kill off that many characters on a classic run. That being said, I'm one of the stubborn ones who resets if ANYONE ends up dying, even if I personally don't like them.

Olvia is dead last in Chrom's auto-marriage priority list. If you want Chrom to marry her, all of his other options have to be taken, and you have to spend pretty much all of chapter 11 with Chrom just hanging out in the back and getting a lapdance from Olivia every turn.

Yes, I was mistaken with thinking Olivia was top priority. My mistake.
All you need to do is, even if you unlock the support convos for other characters, just don't view them and have Olivia just dance for Chrom a lot. Or pair her up with him as he goes out and lays waste to enemies because Chrom tends to be a pretty beefy guy and can take on most things that aren't magic.
It helps that the last few enemies of the level just will not move to attack you if you stay out of their range.
