Well Actually anon2, it could be a future suit that has a invisible setting. Or maybe in the future that is all we need is the harness for the device.

actually Tracer's harness is designed to keep her anchored in the present since, without it, she'd randomly and uncontrollably teleport through time and space. You wouldn't be able to have sex with that.
