^ Kissing outside of something that could be seen as platonic (ex. cheek/forehead kiss) between family members DOES qualify as incest, actually.

Here, the incest tag's wiki, copy-pasted for your convenience:

"Romantic or sexual activity between canonical family members."

If it was the cheek kiss seen here alone, I'd say this doesn't qualify as incest, BUT the context presented here (they even TALK about it being incest in the subtitles) suggests otherwise, so I'd think it'd be worthy of the tag.

As for your inability to see how you can have rating:safe and incest together, consider that kissing itself is not an explicit act, so it would be safe in itself, unless the safe rating is ousted by questionable or explicit content, such as visible genitals.

Unlike the other ones, this one felt like it went on alil too long. It could've ended when he went to bed and it would've had more impact.

To long, maybe. I argue that the ending is where the real interactive needs to take place as Dipper tries to hide from his feelings this the most important part. Only thing I would have changed was shorten the dialogue down.
