I remember how in my country everyone's were complaining about DS II like it was a ten times easier than first games of Souls series

But if you played Demon's Souls, Dark Souls then you might see difference - that's not matter of "difficulty level", it's matter of experience

As I said, if you have an experience of "Souls" game series then DSII SEEMS easier to you

It sucks that, so far, you can't summon Eileen for any bosses. Also, crow set and blade of mercy are some of the coolest items in game.

Personally I found dark souls 2 the hardest of them all, though I was admittedly doing a no shield run.
As said though I think it's a matter of experience for the most part, whatever souls game you play first will probbly be the one that you find hardest, the dark souls games are for the most part fair so when you figure out the games tricks they all become easier.

TOo bad DKS2 lacked both the difficulty and the freelance/freeroam experience Demon' Souls and DkS1 did. It was an overhaul downscale and heavily linear.

Bad hitboxes and collision detection is a Soul series staple to be honest. DSII did have the worst of them though, that's certainly true.
