Not that they're bad but there are an awful lot of non-Japanese artist pictures now-- could we get a tag for them so people can blacklist them when people are not in the mood for them? And maybe a Japanese artist tag so people can blacklist them if they want non-Japanese instead?

Why? Why the hell should it matter if the artist is Japanese or not as long as the art is good? Unless you're some kind of bigot or whatever, it really shouldn't matter. Take the artist tag away(and I guess the watermark) and all you're left with is a picture . Now if it's really that big of a deal, they can just blacklist all the non-Japanese artists individually.

It has nothing to do with bigotry or anything like that. You have to admit that the art styles between non-Japanese and Japanese artists are very different. If you'd read closer you would have seen I never said I preferred one over the other-- I was just suggesting something.
But you only read what you wanted to read, didn't you? Typical.

Western art being paid for has nothing to do with it being given exception to stay or not. Please do not spread false information about the rules.
Also, we do not accept images when we know the artist watermark or signature is removed because that is taking away credit from the artist; even if the artist is tagged.
