If this is, then this might be from To love ru diary GOLD....though I don't remember this scene.... it's been a while since I've viewed it...That also looks like the top part of the Sainen High uniform.

I have to agree it deffiently looks like Illusion material, the odd part is that Artificial academy series dont have a actual 3D room.
So it may not be Artificial Academy but a different Illusion game.

I'm pretty sure this is one of kasakuri's work, if I can call it that. At least that guy is uploading animations almost purely in that style.
