Yeah, you'd think it would be him because Bulma and because pink shirt and also that skin tone looks similar but he's nowhere near that big. Vegeta is actually pretty small despite being such a powerful being. Even compared to Bulma or other women in the series, he has a very small body. I remember when Goku caught him in his arms in Cooler's return :)). It's weird though, and annoying a bit, because he appears bigger in certain movies or certain scenes in the anime and then smaller, i wish they'd make up their minds. For example, i definitely remember him being taller than Bulma, but then they made him look shorter than her and his muscles look much smaller, look here - www.youtube.com/watch?v=l...mp;ab_channel=BulmaStudio .
You don't just become shorter like that, and wtf's up with his arms :)).
And yeah, despite this guy being 3-4 times bigger than Vegeta, or whatever, Vegeta would be much more ripped xD, as in his muscles would show much more, because he always trains, which is why it's so stupid that sometimes his arms look so small and weak. Must be a pun or something, or they are actually making him smaller and smaller :)) everytime the animation changes.
