Haha, my favorite part is that for douchebags and their animated porn, character ages are concrete, and the progression of time is expected to be logical. Fucking give up dumbasses, it's drawn and you are thinking about it WAAY too much - what looks like a loli is a goddamn loli, unless there is some cue IN THE DRAWING that indicates otherwise. Sorry if you go limp because a drawing doesn't reach to proclaim itself as a depiction of a child with no concept of sex, but normal fucking people (non pedos) look at a small body with small tits and big eyes, and it's a loli. If you're serious about the dividing line between a loli and a "fucking granny" being trivial canon concerning the subject, you should seek goddamn help.
