False. It would be incredibly difficult, bordering on impossibility, to make a clone exactly the same as the original. There's just so many other variables that come from the environment (diet, exercise, illness, even hormone levels which fluctuate based on mood) that have nothing to do with a person's DNA.

Jerl - Cool story, bro.
But, when you start to factor in manipulating each and every little gene sequence, you can compensate for such variables and increase the likelihood that your can replicate a form more precisely.
Granted, cloning can be less precise if needed if all you need are just some specific traits that want to pass along, not just the whole being.
