After a little digging I found out they originate from a site called hentai.xxx

Although many are questioning if it was legally published like this or not. This came out of literally nowhere. Either these were legally published by various parties and nobody marketed it or anything or these are pre-censored rips that have been sold by the black market somewhere.

I looked at the site myself. Legality seems sketchy as hell; they charge a monthly/yearly fee basis as opposed to selling the product individually (which is better). Monthly fees for episode/dvd sites are always a rip-off.
