I don't know - if anything, if it's true (it wouldn't surprise me if the test was wrong, that he actually used samples of Sakura's DNA that Karin had lying around) I think this makes Sakura a better person as she was there to be Sarada's mother (which is something more than being the person who birthed her) when both of her real parents were apparently too busy to bother.

I wouldn't write Sakura's biological parenthood in the stars yet, the whole birth story from chapter 10 sounds convoluted and made up to cover something neither Sasuke, Sakura or Karin want other people to know.
