So technically speaking (the best kind of speaking) this is incest. Mihoshi is decended from the family line that Washu originally made when she hooked up with that dark skinned dude in her backstory. The episode where she has to take care of that baby because everyone else has no clue how the hell to take of babies tells us about it.

Ergo, despite god knows how many generations it's been in the 20,000 years since then technically speaking Washu is Mihoshi's however-many-greats-grandmother.
