I actually like this one better than the twin tails. It's a lot cuter to me :) They should have animated him like this in the series.

Plus twin tails are such a pain at that long length.

The version of Naruto that is the Sexy Jutsu was meant to have a big effect on perverts. The twin pigtails goes with so many kinky fetishes that of course it would be the preferred hairstyle of a pervert killer jutsu.

This, however, I believe is what a female version of Naruto would really look like.
