I'm having the same issue on a lot of these Swing Out Sisters webms. I've found that skipping ahead a few seconds, anywhere from the 2 to 5 second mark on all the ones I've tried, will get it to start playing. Just don't click back before that point or go fullscreen before the video starts playing.
