Both versions of Fates have her, technically. The Hoshido route is the one you get her on, but you can get the other route as DLC at a discount anyway if you buy the Nohr route game.

Actually, she's only in Hoshido and the DLC story. Nohr doesn't have her at all. She's the daughter of Tsukuyomi, the Hoshidan mage that looks like Ricken.

I guess a few people felt 1780502's correction was too spoilery? Alright, here's the bare bones fact: Shara is in Birthright (Hoshido) and Revelations (Third Route), but not Conquest (Nohr).

Yes, you can buy Birthright and Revelations as DLC for Conquest. No, that is not the same as her being in Conquest.
