For those that don't know, Saya, the girl on the right, is actually a terrifying flesh monster, her appearance as a cute girl is due to the main character's messed up brain. So left girls reaction is pretty accurate.

It`s not an anime(sad enough) Only a visual novel, that i`m aware enough. It will mess you up if you`re not used to a bit of gore.
