If you followed Freako you would know that this is indeed done by him and is in the style of Zone_Sama.

Zone does not make porn of Zone-Tan.

I think what he was trying to say is that the character itself isn't necessarily "original," as that is used primarily for unnamed characters created by artists.
Zone-tan is well known as the mascot of Zone.

But yeah, Zone didn't draw or animated this, the art is indeed done by Freako.

At the same time though, Zone-tan is an original character, not a vanilla character like say Ryu from Street Fighter or any character from a huge franchise.
