Link hitting the lava was a LOT darker in Twilight Princess than it was in Wind Waker. But hey, at least we got something like this out of the deal.

Well, let's be honest here. Twilight Princess was a pretty dark game. Even the color palette was darker!

But yeah, falling into the lava WAS pretty brutal in TP.

Yeah, but Link has to jump into lava at least four consecutive times to actually die. You have at least four hearts the first time you encounter lava in TP, unless you're doing a heartless run and by-passed the heart container from the first boss.
