Honestly, this is the best scene in the entire hentai. Sadly it is very short, like every other scene in this anime, though it's obviously meant to take place over the course of several hours. Basically, there is an aerobics class with six hot babes in it, and the instructor turns into a tentacle monster in the middle of their session. He then proceeds to tentacle rape the girls hard and fast for hours (though like I said, we only get a brief glimpse of this) until they all die from too much pleasure.

So basically he puts them through the most strenuous *and final* workout session of their lives.
