To get that end either:
Finish Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo with Cammy on the hardest difficulty without getting hit or using any special moves then scream "FUCK YEAH!" At the "special thanks" section of the credits screen.
OR
Finish Darkstalkers: Night Warriors with Bulleta without getting hit on the hardest difficulty and no special moves then kick the front of the cabinet during the "special thanks" section of the credits.
OR
get good at drawing and draw it yourself...
