I hate to admit, at first i found her pretty annoying and i was always like, fuck off from my screen, because i was much more interested in seeing other characters, but actually i find her pretty funny xD. I like her care free attitude. It's good to have someone like her when everything around is full of drama. Sasuke's always being a serious emo, Sarada was also being obsessed and emotional about her family, Naruto had trouble with his own family, Boruto was being a fucktard, etc. And then came ChouChou =)). Yep, you just gotta learn to love her or enjoy her. She brings back some of the old Naruto humor which i sometimes miss. Imagine her as a full grown ninja, i think she'd be quite interesting, i wonder how she'll turn out, but i guess we'll never know O_o.
