For the hidden kirbylogo and anyone else who may not get it, this is Anna Nishikinomiya and the eel/clown fish from Shimoneta to Iu Gainen ga Sonzai Shinai Taikutsu na Sekai (A Boring World where the Concept of Dirty Jokes Doesn't Exist), a hilarious anime, dressed as Youmu Konpaku's human and ghost halves from Touhou, a vertical bullet hell shoot-'em-up. And just so you know, kirbylogo, Anna does get wet. REALLY wet, often.
