That is one really skinny arm. Looks like the artist didn't correct it in the beginning, and by the time he did, it was too late to do anything about it. Either that, or he completely missed it. Happens to all of us, sadly.

Maybe its Part of the Character? This Arm needs to be just bones and skin.

@1806782 Could be intentional. She is a Death Knight after all and they are merely reanimated corpses. Possibly a side effect from her first death.
