Judging from the fact that every other person is different versions of Misty, May is probably sort of jokingly hiding because she has replaced Misty in the new series?

The Misty on the far right is from the "Electric Tales Of Pikachu" manga. However, I want to know where the two versions of Misty that are at the top-left are from. They actually look really terrible.

The sign in the background says "okaerinasai" which means "welcome back" and the cake says "omedetou" which means "congratulations", everyone looks a bit like Misty, so i think they are simulating that she is back home, and i apologize, i cant read katakana so i dont really know what May is saying.
