Just finished posting the notes, it sounds like the kid's upset that he never gets to play with his dad and the one day his dad got off from work, it rains.

Not sure who the woman is though, doubt she's his mother since she has elf ears and he doesn't. Could be a kinda fairy godmother sort of thing, given her appearance in contrast to his fairly modern look.

It is a bummer that his dad doesn't really spend much time with him. This image is likely the "When You Coming Home, Dad?" trope that Kloah probably felt like doing to keep his content interesting. It is still a bummer that his dad doesn't spend much time with the kid because of work.

#1821214, I would also want to go on board with you about the "fairy godmother" idea/assumption of the woman in the image. She does seem like she's trying to sympathize with the kid and cheer him up from the disappointment he's (constantly) feeling (for a long time).
