Ingrid doesn't appear in Taimanin Asagi 2 so she won't make an appearance in the OVA. Ingrid's first appearance was in the Taimanin Murasaki game. The Hell Knight Ingrid OVA was basicly Taimanin Murasaki from Ingrid's point of view instead of focusing on Murasaki. The only chance we have at seeing Ingrid in another OVA would be if they make Tamanin Asagi 3 OVA and TA3 is Ingrid's last canon appearance.

Ingrid's side story in Taimanin Asagi 3 ends with her being betrayed by Oboro and subject to numerious amounts of sexual torture. In Taimain Murasaki, all of the sex scenes involving her are non-canon "what if" scenario's for its bad endings. This is Ingrid's first canonical rape (she was a virgin), and she gets it much, much worse here. After Oboro is done having her fun, she hooks Ingrid up to a mind/body altering machine and converts her into her own personal sex slave. This is where Ingrid gets the heart emblem on her butt, I think. Any girl in the Taimainverse who has this emblem placed on their body is gone forever, their change is considered irreversible. Oboro is eventually killed later on in the story. What happens to Ingrid after this is still left unresolved. This is the last canon mention of Ingrid's character to this day. Ingrid's state by the end of the game, it's almost certain that she eventually became some kind of prostitute or public cumdumpster. This would mean that Ingrid will unquestionably be impregnated by all kinds of creatures until she dies. If Lilith does choose to give her another canon appearance in their games it will probably involve a scenerio where one of the heroines is being taken to some kind of slave area where Ingrid just happens to be at the time as a small cameo, that or someone makes a reference to what happens to her.
Just like Taimanin Murasaki, everything that happens to Ingrid in Taimanin Asagi Battle Arena/Kessen Arena is non-canon. Ingrid never had sex with anyone before Taimanin Asagi 3. She lost her virginity to one of Oboro's horsemen.
