no im pretty sure it says she is "his mothers sister" so that would make her his aunt, unless later on it reveals that they were blood related (which will probably happen)

The lack of Testament doujinshi as a whole is disappointing enough. The fact that none of them have Chisato in it just makes it worse. Still, this is the smexiest Testament image I've seen since the OVA(personal bonus since paizuri in hentai is my absolute favorite).
