Guessing from the photos on the wall, I'm guessing that the black haired girl is very infatuated with her new stump. To the point that she wanted to maker her into her own by any means possible.

I'd love to see the rest of the pictures on the wall tbh. That one picture that was so lovingly taken of her during her arm removal is oddly cute and caring.
