Two things to worry about.

First she feeds on the blood the father of her children during pregnancy. Isnt that a kind of indirect cannibalism?

Two anyone who knows anything about mosquitoes knows a human sized one would drink enough blood for it to be fatal. Even if you dont know about them just look at the transparent blood tank on the rear, its large enough to hold gallons!
