I'm pretty sure the cyborg tag should be removed. I believe Jetstream Sam here is just wearing an advanced power-suit, not actually a cyborg.

Well, I youre mostly correct, but Armstrong did sort of mess up Jet's right arm, so maybe it became mechanical, hense the cyborg tag.

Just a guess.

Sam's is a prosthetic because of Armstrong impaling his shoulder. He's a cyborg just the least cybernetically converted.
