If you go frame by frame @ around 0:38 you would see that Saitama dodged that beam attack by jumping around flying rocks.It happens in less than 0.5s

For Genos, this is the ultimate challenge that pushes him to his absolute limits and beyond.

I guess the only way to give Saitama some trouble is to pit him against a high rank reality wrapper. As powerful as he may be he's still a slave to the laws of the universe to some degree, and a reality wrapper rewrites them around him/her. However, to my knowledge we have yet to see that kind of power in the series. Soon ?

Meanwhile, enjoying the show these days like the kid i was 20 years ago. :D
