If the wheelchair is set up properly, the nurse can roll it over a slightly bumpy path, and every bump causes the chastity belt to rub the patient's crotch, making her more and more aroused.

After a nice long trip around the hospital grounds, the nurse brings the patient back to her room, to give the patient the proper instructional videos. If the patient appears to be progressing well, the plug gag is taken out and the patient is allowed to show off her new skills to the male staff.

If the male staff think the patient has learned enough, they bend her over and make sure the patient has a very enjoyable night.

Notice the little pad lock on the nurse's ankle. To me, that means she's probably a slave too. Although, I'm sure she loves her job, judging from the look on her face.

Regardless, I'd love to be admitted to this hospital. I'd also be okay with being "employed" by it. But I'd rather be a patient from the looks of this.
