OK, before anybody changes the tags again, the post on the Pixiv page (see: source) states that this is "reverse anal" which is a tag that typically indicates female-on-male anal sex, usually futanari or by means of an object such as a strap-on dildo. This same webm can also be found on Danbooru and it utilizes identical tags.
This particular scene looks like it could be yuri but it's not. It is of a male with a feminine frame wearing a feminine swimsuit and socks (a trap?). If you look closely enough between the thrusting animations, you can see the shape of an erect penis and testicles underneath the swimsuit.

The character is known to be female though, and maybe I just don't know anatomy that well, but I think I can see the line of a pussy underneath their testicles.
Anyone who's familiar with the character and series will tell you that the tags are wrong.
