In all reality, every instance of Zelda and Link are separate reincarnations of them, who oft live entirely different lives. The only Links and Zeldas to have been heavily implied as having hooked up would be those from Skyward Sword, Wind Waker, and Spirit Tracks. And maybe Zelda 2, I dunno.
