Only vanilla sex scene? Sakura and Asagi had several. Hell there was even an ALTERNATE Sakura who was brought from a point where she never had her virginity stolen by monsters and subsequently trained; so the MC decided to help her with that and have sex with her and take her virginity himself (and had sex with her several more times on top of that.

Asagi's a frequent lover of the MC as well, even though it originally started with him mind-controlling her, she later reveals she was fully aware of the control and could counter it, but she stuck with it because "it seemed fun".

It's not canon, but I wouldn't be surprised it was... considering how out of whack the continuity within the main series is. Not to mention it is a huge middlefinger to how things work within the world too, personally enjoy that fact truth be told.
