Maybe because neither of you understand that this is not really a futa. Its called a newhalf, or the more PC version, a Transsexual. I can't say what the artist had in mind, but most find the idea of transsexuals doing anything like this offensive as its a last resort because most people refuse to hire transsexuals, so porn is the only thing that pays.
