So I notice this Lucina doesn't actually have blue hair; her hair (and non-branded eye) matches Cynthia's--and therefore Sumia's. Is there an alternate_hair_color tag?

Lucina's hair is blue no matter who her mother is, because no matter what her father is always Chrom. In FE Awakening the color a child has for hair always matches the father, except for male Robin's kid I think.

I think its still intended to be blue.
Its possible the artist is colour blind or purposely went with a more muted blue.

@DivineDisgrace: You pretty much have the right of it. And in Female Morgan's case, her hair color is determined by her mother (or grandfather if her mom is a child unit).
