Their both technically weapons. The woman with pink hair can transform into a motorbike and obviously the blonde woman is a cannon. They are known as a partner group called Lady-Lady. And if you need to know why they engage in a sexual act to transform, it's because the person who turns into a weapon, a.k.a an exter needs to be in a trance before they can transform. Pleasure is such a way. So the entire of this anime consists of Yuri and fighting~ Have fun.

Let me tell you Why it's not goin to Happen , this Anime Falls into a Trope category with Elements Which Has Already Been Used in Other Media with Subjectively Similar Content, basically You're not seeing anything other then Reused Tropes you Have literally seen before like "Sexual act for random Bullshit to happen Trope" already Re-used in other Anime And YES IT HAS I'm NOT MAKING A FUCKING LIST USE YOUR HEAD AND SEARCH FOR IT...
