I think this is the first piece of Undertale art that doesn't depict Chara as a psychopath.

You do remember that Asriel told Frisk about that time where Chara poisoned him/her-self specificaly so Asriel would absorb Chara soul and then use his power to destroy village near the mountain to where they carried Chara's body,but Asriel stopped Chara from doing that and just brough Chara body to village while taking injuries from villagers that were frightened by seeing Asriel with kid's body

That's because Chara is basically the cause of the tragedy in Undertale and could theoretically be blamed entirely for the genocide runs as well.
So...if that doesn't qualify her as a psychopath I'm not sure what does
