Though that is a fucking huge set of pa. Would be fun to have a suit that big, and imagining raiders shitting themselves when they see you lumbering towards them in it..

They can/do share whats stored in your workbench. Just select a settler and assign them as "supply line". Each settlement connected like that will share building components.

Though cant blame you for not knowing. The tutorial for settlements isnt exactly extensive..
