I have no opinion on the whole naruto vs sasuke thing in hentai but it's honestly hilarious just how much some people seem to love the idea of sasuke cucking naruto. It screams of self-insertion everywhere.

Plus, it's also funny how this looks like rtn!hinata but naruto doesn't even like her so he wouldn't give a shit who she fucking, so they'll basically just put anything that one way or another implies naruto is being cheated on because of sasuke.

Actually I think this is supposed to be the menma from the anime filler that came out a little while ago, not sure.
