I've seen this before, this was made in Miku Miku Dance. The nicovideo description claims it's just pantomime (the title of the video is literally "Futa--ri Pantomime"). The words that flash repeatedly on the bottom of the screen with the alarm sound effect starting at 0:18 says "This is a pantomime" too.

That said, I don't buy it.

This video maker (JAX) releases a lot of his dirty MMD motions for download, but unfortunately this one never has been.

My favorite part of the video is how Kotori wakes up and immediately whips out the video camera as soon as she sees Sexy Time start.
