No, Hasshaku-sama is a slenderman-like urban myth who I'm guessing doesn't show up in the photo because, I dunno, maybe she's not really there or whatever supernatural reason there might be. So the boy draws a picture instead.

For those of you who are wondering: she's "Ms. Eight-Feet-Tall" (Hasshaku-sama), a youkai, for whom a camera cannot capture her image at all due to her supernatural ghost like qualities.

Depending on the version of the tale...
Hasshaku-sama, was a once-human who became a youkai... Fueling this change was a desire for familial attachment to a little brother which was traumatically severed... emotions were strong enough to transform her into a youkai (although she probably died first, so it was a human to ghost to youkai deal).

The photo that literally illustrates the separation, is gonna make her get teary-eyed, in the least.

The boy, observant little cutie that he is, saw how this distressed his companion and drew a portrait of them both together.

Knowing Kloah's work, I could wager a guess as to what would follow a red arrow after the last image........
