It seems a little strong to say she's angry here. She seems like she could also be asking for something with some hesitance, maybe she's wondering how she looks in the fancy new getup, or maybe she's just self-conscious about the fact we can't really tell if she's wearing pants. Lots of ways to interpret the body language.
