The GIMP calls it "pixelate", and I've only ever heard it called "mosaic" in the context of Japanese art.

It's not a Japanese thing. Photoshop calls it mosaic, and its another word meaning art formed form pebbles or small colored stones.

It is impossible not to pee, multiple times, if you have had a diuretic (unless maybe you were severely dehydrated). So she's going to pee, several times at least, for the camera.
