Actually, the SJWs in the West are to blame for that. Koei Tecmo was simply afraid of the reactions their game might get from them.
And they were right imo, with how bad of a shitstorm PlayAsia got for advertising the English Asian Version...

Really, it's more the fault that many of the games press parrot what a lot of the professionally offended types always blather on about. About how sexy 3d polygons is somehow objectifying actual human woman and that sexy females of any sort is bad.
Because like it or not, the games press is what a lot of people see, and when the game media is constantly going on and on about how sexualizing females is a bad thing, what do you think is gonna happen to devs from overseas?
They're gonna see mainly that and go "Well shit, I guess a lot of the westerners don't really like this kinda stuff."

The actual reasoning was that they didn't want to deal with any potential backlash. Which is ridiculous as all hell.
Rather than a group, the actual criticism should be aimed at Koei Temco for being such cowards about a series that had no problem being localized with previous installments.
Dragon's Crown was localized and actually got a boost in sales in spite of the outrage culture. So Koei has no real excuse besides simply not having the fortitude to deal with some complainers who can't do anything about the game being localized.

I hate them because they give the people who actually are trying to make the world a better place a bad name. If SJWs really gave a shit about making the world a better place, they would help fun companies that are trying to stop human trafficking, not bitch about polygons on a screen.

Tecmo Koei is simply using the whole "SJW" (which is a term I absolutely loathe using) boogeymen to gather some really sad and pathetic sympathy as a "legitimate" reason why they refuse to release this "video game" in the West. Maybe if they actually put in some effort and time into developing Xtreme 3 Fortune as something other than spank material Tecmo Koei would not have to rely on such a cheap marketing ploy.
In any case,I am not losing sleep over missing out on this title with the internet not afraid of getting the ladies completely naked.
