Didn't the artist revise this once or twice already? Not that I dislike upvoting it again, mind you.

I think the art in question is "The Great Wave off Kanagawa", but i'm not sure, as the artstyle seems different.

Bath houses are known for having beautiful mural-like nature scenes on the walls. I think the parody is that instead of a peaceful scene, it has crashing waves, which could also serve as innuendo.
