Popular for a reason. In a game where 90% of the girls are amazing, you have to have a little bit of charm+ for people to like you over the other ones. Don't get me wrong I love the other girls, but Lucina plays better off on my weaknesses, and isn't that what a SSupport is all about?

It also helps that she's one of the main characters, therefore gets far more screen time than most characters. If you don't go through each character's supports, you barely get to know the other ones at all.
