One would assume she has to sit on the vibrator at just the right height to keep the ball in the tube from going too high or too low. It looks like there's a wire switch at each end of the air tube with the ball which is connected by wires to her tits and ass plug. No prizes for guessing what happens there.

Fro the motion lines on her crotch (and nipples), I wonder if she has to bob up and down on the vibrator (dildo?). If she goes up and down too much, the top wires connect. If too slow, the bottom wires connect. The rest is as you said.

The dildo is a pump, she has to float the ball in the middle. Too hard makes the ball go up, passing out or falling and the ball makes contact. Given the artist's other pictures, it probably triggers some sort of blackmail related event.

Reading it; The dildo is a pump, requiring up and down motion to keep the pressure going upwards in the tube. Once the ball touches the top set of wire, she is released from this predicament. You can see this by her saying "just a bit more" as she tries to get the ball a bit higher to connect with the top unit. However if you read the note pointing to the area around the ball, its impossible for her to turn the equipment off because there is a piece of fishing line in the middle of the tube that prevents the ball from passing it, that is not visible from the side of the tube (where she can see in). So she thinks that she can get the machines to release her, but will never actually get free. Instead she will tire out, and the aphrodisiac will cause her to get more excited by the activity.
